Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Monday made series allegations against former CM Charanjit Singh Channi. Mann accused Channi of corruption.
Mann alleged that Channi’s nephew had asked for Rs 2 crore to give the cricketer a job. The CM said that, they call themselves poor, but kept asking crores of rupees from the players.
“For them, two does not mean two lakhs, but two crores,” said CM.
