Chandigarh: The successful implementation of the Emergency Response Support System (ERSS) in the state of Haryana is getting noticed across the nation and this also compelled Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) to visit the State of the Art State Emergency Response Control room at Sector 3 Panchkula.
The tour was coordinated by DSP (Admin) Prem Krishan & DSP (Ops) Mahavir who ensured that every detail of the process was explained in detail.
CMA members’ delegation led by President Gursimran Singh Oberoi were impressed with the efforts which go by at the backend where toll free numbers are attended by English, Hindi, Punjabi and Haryanvi speaking agents. CMA team expressed their gratitude to ADGP AS Chawla the Nodal Officer, SP Rajesh Kalia and Addl. SP Nupur Bishnoi who allowed this opportunity for the CMA members.
