Chandigarh: Commuters had a harrowing time this morning as they found themselves stuck in long jams on roads towards Chandigarh from Mohali Furniture Market during office hours, even several calls were made by commuters reporting traffic woes to traffic police helpline numbers.
Furniture Market to Chandigarh Road, Sector 43 Bus-Stand Roundabout are the stretches which witnessed intractable snarls.
Several commuters shared information with others about the traffic situation in on the stretch and suggested to avoid travelling during office hours and advised people against venturing out on roads.
