Expert Lecture on 10 Thaat held at GGSCW-26

Chandigarh: The Department of Music of Guru Gobind Singh College for Women, Sector-26, Chandigarh organized a lecture cum demonstration on ‘Pt. Bhatkhande Ji Ke 10 Thaat’.
The distinguished Resource Person, Dr. Saurabh Sood, Assistant Proffesor in Music at Dev Samaj College for Women, Sector-45, Chandigarh enlightened the students by sharing his valuable knowledge on the topic.
He demonstrated 10 Thaats with examples which made the topic interesting and easily comprehensible. It was an insightful session for the students as they enjoyed the question-answer round to clear their doubts.
More than 50 students from the department attended the lecture.
Mrs. Lucky Malhotra, Convener and HoD, Department of Music thanked the expert for sharing his knowledge and expertise with the students.
Dr. Jatinder Kaur, Principal of the College lauded the efforts of Department of Music for organizing lecture cum demonstration and motivated to organize such Expert Lectures in future also.
