Garbage keeps pedestrians out of footpaths

Mohali: The footpath constructed on Mohali Road sides has turned into a garbage dumping spot which is forcing pedestrians, morning walkers to walk on the busy road risking their lives. The public has urged the authorities concerned to take steps to prevent such acts which spoil the environment.
But who cares…?
