This imbalance is partially due to ineffective land use planning and miscalculations of space requirements during first stages of planning. Shortage of parking space, high parking tariffs, and traffic congestion due to visitors in search for a parking place are only a few examples of everyday parking problems.
Residents added vehicles can be seen parked on the internal roads becoming a common cause of traffic jams and arguments.
Residents in Phase 2 complained about chaos caused due to haphazard parking near Gian Jyoti School Phase 2 irks residents of the neighbourhood and added vehicles are parked haphazardly not only near the school but in markets parking as well as residential areas nearby also witness a huge rush due to which entering to the houses become a Hercules task.
