Illegal banners in Mohali a threat to commuters

Mohali: Illegal Banners, have started mushrooming on road sides in Mohali resulting in distracting motorists and putting their lives at risk.
Residents added the banners installed on the road sides began to appear a couple of months ago which are causing great loss of revenue to Municipal Corporation Mohali as if such banners or publicity material is installed at places designated by the Municipal Corporation Mohali could help in generation of revenue but illegal banners hanged on road sides is resulting not only risk to commuters but also revenue loss.
Another resident added, if the issue is not addressed promptly, it would endanger lives of commuters,” and demanded that the Authorities should take action if they are concerned about public safety. But Who Cares???
