Jagmeet Brar resigns from all posts of SAD

Amritsar: Senior leader of Shiromani Akali Dal Jagmeet Singh Brar met Jathedar of Sri Akal Takht Sahib Giani Harpreet Singh and after this Brar has resigned from all the posts of Shiromani Akali Dal.
Brar said that he will continue to work for Shiromani Akali Dal and communal unity and said they will work like Akali Dal workers, they don’t need any post.
When summoned by the disciplinary committee, he said that he has sent his written reply to the party.
“I will continue to play an important role in gathering the workers and leaders of the Shiromani Akali Dal in the coming period as well,” he said.
