Mohali: Murti Sthapna’ of Lord Shani Dev Ji Maharaj performed in a grand religious function held at Lord Shri Parshuram Temple and Dharamshala of Industrial Area located in Phase-9 of Mohali today organized by Sunil Bansal, a well-known and famous businessman of Tricity and the Shani Dev devotee along with his family in the temple premises, with great joy and devotion, worship, recitation of Vedic mantras since morning.
Havan was performed, large number of devotees thronged from far off places.
While talking to media on the occasion famous social worker Ms Abha Bansal, MD KFT Company Sunil Bansal informed that after the completion of the construction work of Lord Shri Parshuram Temple and Shri Shani Dev Maharaj’s temple at Lord Shri Parshuram Temple and Dharamshala Industrial Area Phase 9 premises, the Shani temple has been named as Shri Nilanjan Shani Mandir and now it will also be known as Shanidham.
Bansal family added that apart from Lord Shani Dev, Shani Shila and Navagraha Mandal has also been installed in the temple premises with full devotion and enthusiasm and added that to ensure the above work successful, the entire team of Acharya Kishore Shastri and nine learned priests under his leadership started worshiping the idol methodically
Temple committee officials expressed gratitude to the Bansal family
Retd. SP VK Vaid, President Bhagwan Shri Parshuram Mandir and Dharamshala and his entire team expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Madam Abha Bansal and the Bansal family. Madam Abha Bansal-Sunil Bansal also thanked the office bearers of Lord Parshuram Temple Committee for their kind cooperation and said that the temple will now be known as Shanidham.
