Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, today launched an online learning facility.
“Congratulations to all Punjabis! Today your government has taken another step towards making your life easier by launching an online learning license facility.
This is not only a big step towards e-Governance, but it will save you time you will avoid the lines of RTA and this will also help to eradicate corruption,” posted Pb CM Bhagwant Mann on Twitter.
