Chandigarh: Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, today announced the extension in the deadline for an increase in a load of tube wells.
The last date for increasing the load of the tubewell has now been extended till September 15.
Taking to Twitter, Mann further shared that so far 1.28 lakh farmers have increased the load of the tube well after the government announced to decrease in the cost of increasing the load of tube well.
“After reducing the cost of increasing the load of tube wells, it is happy to say that so far 1.28 lakh farmers have increased the load and they have ₹123 crores.. The period has been extended till September 15 for the farmers deprived of increasing the load. .Appeal to the farmers. Get maximum benefit of the scheme,” Pb CM Bhagwant Mann posted on Twitter.
