Mohali: Newly appointed Chairperson of District Planning Committee Engg Prabhjot Kaur today assumed the charge of her office in the presence of large number of party workers and her supporters in District Administrative Complex.
Addressing the media persons on the sidelines of the function, all congratulated Mrs Prabhjot Kaur and said that she and her entire family had been associated with the party since long time and always dedicatedly rendered their services for the betterment of the party.
By appointing her as chairperson of the district planning committee, the government has well paid off for her hard work.
They all hoped that Prabhjot Kaur’s appointment as Chairperson will streamline and accelerate development works in the district.
Engineer Prabhjot Kaur, while expressing her gratitude towards AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann and AAP leadership for her appointment as Chairperson, added under the visionary leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann and MLA Kulwant Singh, no stone would be left upturned for the development in the district.
On this occasion, several Cabinet Ministers, Senior AAP leaders and volunteers were present.
