Resolution on Panjab University introduced in Punjab Vidhan Sabha

Chandigarh: A resolution opposing changing character of Panjab University Chandigarh was introduced in Punjab Vidha Sabha by Education Minister Gurmeet Singh Meet Hayer. It is being deliberated upon by members.
Resolution seeks to direct Punjab Government to up this issue with Centre Government and strongly oppose changing character of the university.
AAP Legislator Principal Budh Ram briefed about history of Panjab University, its shifting of Chandigarh and when and where meetings were held in this regard.
