Sangat Singh Gilzian denied relief from High Court

Chandigarh: Punjab and Haryana High Court has dismissed the plea of former Congress minister Sangat Singh Gilzian who requested quashing for FIR registered against him.
The court said that minister should first file the plea for bail in the lower court.
