Shemrock School organised workshop for the growth of educators

Mohali: Shemrock School Sector -69 organised an informative and educative workshop for the growth of their educators. The keynote speaker at the moment was Best-selling Author, Vivek Atray, a voracious orator and prolific writer, ex IAS officer, 8 time TEDx Speaker. He has rich expertise in Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Public Speaking Skills. The essence of the workshop was to enhance and develop the educators knowledge in personal and professional fields.
Keynote Speaker Vivek Atray informed fundamentals of effective teaching-learning. He told about various methodologies in order to have wow experience in the classroom. He also enlightens the faculty members on how to deliver engaging classrooms session and also put emphasis on teaching effectively in classes with more than 60 students. He emphasized on learning the new mythologies with the changing environment in education. He also put emphasis on various styles of learning to be implemented in the classrooms. According to him an individual who retains his calmness to face of turbulent times, will finally win the battle of life.
Speaking on the occasion Chairman of the school A.S Bajwa, emphasized the importance of consistently enhancing the academic and intellectual environment in the campus in order to achieve excellence.MD Karan Bajwa said that the purpose of the program was to imbibe the participating faculty members with more innovative and interesting teaching techniques, thereby making their lectures more enjoyable for the students.
