Kids ‘R’ Kids Secondary School recently organized a one-day CBSE Capacity Building Programme focused on Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies, bringing together educators for an intensive professional development session aimed at enhancing classroom practices through outcome-based and learner-centric approaches.

Ms. Sonali Nelson, Vice Principal of Chandigarh Baptist School, conducted an interactive session on pedagogical alignment, reflective teaching, and the role of formative assessment in supporting student learning.
