

Mohali : The Punjab government, led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, has been taking continuous and concrete measures to benefit students and citizens since assuming office. Highlighting the government’s initiatives, senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Mohali MLA Kulwant Singh stated that all promises made by CM Mann and AAP National Convener Arvind Kejriwal have been systematically fulfilled.
In a move to promote effective learning and prevent wastage of student time, the government launched a campaign to install interactive LED flat panels in schools across Mohali. As part of this initiative, 12 LED panels were handed over to students in five schools.
The distribution included: 2 panels to Government High School Phase-5, 4 panels to SOE Phase-11, 2 panels to High School Saneta, 2 panels to Government Senior Secondary School Gobindgarh, and 2 panels to Senior Secondary School Pind Manoli.
MLA Kulwant Singh emphasized that these panels are being installed to make learning more engaging, allowing students to fully focus on their studies and contribute to the development of Punjab and the nation.
The initiative forms part of a broader government effort to enhance education and healthcare. Since the first day in office, CM Mann’s government has focused on raising educational standards and ensuring quality healthcare services.
This includes recruitment of essential hospital staff, provision of necessary equipment, and the establishment of Mohalla Clinics, which provide free health check-ups, essential tests, and medicines to thousands of patients daily.
The event was attended by prominent local leaders and community representatives, including Prabjot Kaur (District President), Annu Babbar (District Coordinator for Anti-Drug Campaign), Sharanjit Kaur (Block President), Harmesh Singh Kumbhra, Jaspal Singh Mator, Gurpal Singh, Surinder Singh Sinda, Akbinder Singh Gosal (Chairman), Amarjeet Singh, Tarunjeet Singh (Block President), Vikram Sandhu, Swarn Lata, Avtar Singh Mauli Baidwan, Gurdesh Singh (Sarpanch), and other dignitaries.
