Mohali: With an objective of strengthening Self Help Groups working at grassroots levels, Chandigarh International Airport Ltd (CHIAL) have started an initiative called ‘AVSAR’ (Airport as Venue for skilled Artisans of the Region) wherein space is allotted to SHGs for 15 days each for selling their products at the Airport.
It is pertinent to mention here that this initiative will give an opportunity to many to showcase their Artisans skills and help them to boost their sale at airport.
AVSAR will be provided at a nominal rent for 15 days.
It was stated that AVSAR outlet is functional from today in Domestic SHA.
AVSAR at Mohali International Airport was today inaugurated in presence of CEO CHIAL.
