Jonjua Overseas Limited has taken a major step toward enhancing its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives by establishing a dedicated charitable entity named “Jonjua CSR Trust.”
The trust, officially registered on April 13, 2026, has been approved by the company’s Board of Directors. It aims to ensure structured utilisation of CSR funds and expand the company’s contribution to community welfare activities.
According to the company, the trust will function strictly for charitable purposes in line with the Companies Act, 2013, focusing on public welfare and inclusive development. All activities will adhere to applicable CSR and income tax regulations.
With this initiative, Jonjua Overseas Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to responsible corporate citizenship, sustainable growth, and creating a meaningful social impact in society.
