Residents of Phase 2 in Mohali continue to face power outages more than 30 hours after a severe storm on May 3 caused widespread damage to electricity infrastructure. Uprooted trees and damaged poles disrupted supply, leaving the area among the worst affected.
PSPCL officials, including SC Mohali H.S. Oberoi, inspected the site and assured that restoration work is ongoing. Authorities said delays are due to extensive damage and safety checks, while teams are working round-the-clock to restore supply.
Residents have urged faster action and clearer updates, as daily life remains affected. Officials have appealed for patience, stating power will be restored at the earliest.
