Tricity is set to witness its first-ever ‘Clone the Founder’ workshop, a unique business and artificial intelligence learning experience designed for entrepreneurs and business leaders. The two-day event will be held on August 15 and 16 at JW Marriott, Mohali.
The workshop, which has previously been conducted in Las Vegas, Singapore, Costa Rica, and Malaysia, aims to help founders create business systems that can operate effectively without being entirely dependent on them.
Speaking during the logo unveiling ceremony in Phase-9, Mohali, renowned entrepreneur and business mentor Nipun Syal said the initiative is focused on helping business owners develop leadership structures, operational systems, and processes that ensure sustainable growth even in the founder’s absence.
According to Syal, participants will learn how to use modern Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to capture and replicate a founder’s knowledge, experience, decision-making style, and business expertise. This AI-powered framework can then be integrated into the organization’s operations, enabling teams to work more efficiently and consistently.
The objective is not to replace the founder, but to ensure that the founder’s wisdom, experience, and thought process become part of the company’s operating system,” Syal said.
