The company’s Board of Directors approved the Q1 FY27 results at its meeting held on today along with statutory reports and other mandatory compliance filings. The financial results will also be placed on the company’s website for stakeholders.

As per the company’s disclosures, Jonjua Overseas had cash on hand of approximately *₹1.47 crore* at the end of the quarter. During the period, the company purchased 6.25 lakh equity shares of H. S. Jonjua InnovateAgro Pvt. Ltd., a related party, and subsequently transferred the same shares to another related party. The transactions were duly approved by the Audit Committee and Board of Directors and disclosed in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Following the allotment of bonus shares on January 27, 2026, its paid-up equity share capital crossed ₹25 crore, making quarterly financial reporting mandatory. Consequently, comparative financial figures for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, have been marked “Not Applicable.”
