Mohali : In a significant development, shareholders of Janjua Overseas Limited, a Mohali-based company listed on the SME platform of the Bombay Stock Exchange, have approved the appointment of Harjindar Singh Janjua as Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD).
The decision, earlier cleared by the Board of Directors, received strong backing during the shareholders’ meeting, marking a new chapter in the company’s leadership.
