
Mohali :
An Advanced Capacity Building Program under the Government of India’s RAMP Scheme was organized by MGSIPA, Punjab, in collaboration with the Mohali Industries Association (MIA) at Phase-VII, Mohali. Around 100 MSME entrepreneurs participated in the workshops and interactive sessions.
The program covered key topics such as the RAMP Scheme, ONDC for small businesses, GeM registration and onboarding, CESH Portal, and the MSE-Cluster Development Programme (MSE-CDP). A panel discussion on the potential for cluster development in Mohali was also held.
Experts including Dr. Sanjeev Chandel, Maninder Singh, Ashok Kumar Gupta, Rakesh Vig, Dr. Meenu, Deepak Sharma and S.M. Goel highlighted opportunities for MSME growth through digital commerce, government procurement and cluster-based development.
Participants appreciated the initiative, describing it as a valuable platform for understanding government schemes and emerging business opportunities. Dr. Sanjeev Chandel thanked MIA President Ashok Kumar Gupta and General Secretary Rakesh Vig for their support and cooperation in successfully organizing the workshops.
