Shamrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69, Mohali, organised the Installation Ceremony of its EarlyAct and Interact Clubs for the academic session 2026–27, formally inducting the new student leadership team and reaffirming its commitment to nurturing leadership, service and social responsibility among students.
The ceremony witnessed the symbolic transfer of leadership as outgoing President Bismeet Kaur handed over the President’s collar to newly elected President Kartik Chawla. The event was attended by Mr. Shyam Rawal, Secretary, Rotary Club, and Mr. Anurag Agarwal, President, Rotary Club, who encouraged students to lead with integrity, compassion and dedication to community service.
The newly elected office-bearers were administered the oath of office and presented with their badges. The executive committee includes Kartik Chawla (President), Harkirat Singh (Vice President), Devarsh Singh (Secretary), Roop Gurinder Kaur (Treasurer), Tanvi (Event Coordinator), Bani Saini (Public Relations Officer), Tamanna (Media & Photography Head), Sheenat Thind (Environment In-charge), Nehmat (Health & Hygiene Officer) and Yashasvi Saini (Discipline In-charge).
Addressing the gathering, Principal Ms. Parineet Sohal said that the EarlyAct and Interact Clubs play a vital role in developing leadership skills, teamwork and a spirit of service among students. She congratulated the newly elected team and urged them to work with sincerity and dedication for the welfare of society.
The ceremony concluded with best wishes for the new leadership team and a renewed commitment to community service initiatives throughout the academic session.
