BJP Mahila Morcha State Vice-President Abha Bansal has made a heartfelt appeal to the people of Mohali to come forward in large numbers and participate in the BJP-led “Nasha Mukt Punjab Yatra” being organised to spread awareness against the menace of drugs.
Bansal has particularly urged residents to join the yatra tomorrow, September 22, in Phase 11 and Phase 1, Mohali, and make their presence a strong expression of collective resolve for a drug-free Punjab.
Calling upon youth, women, families and social organisations to become part of the campaign, Bansal said that combating drug abuse cannot be the responsibility of the government or any single organisation alone. The active participation of every citizen is essential to protect Punjab’s younger generation and build a healthier and safer society.
“Let us come together and raise one united voice against drugs. Our participation today can help secure a brighter, healthier and drug-free future for our children and Punjab,” Bansal appealed.
She encouraged Mohali residents to join the yatra in large numbers and turn the anti-drug campaign into a people’s movement for a Nasha Mukt Punjab.
