Jonjua Overseas Limited has fixed September 4, 2026, as the Record Date for determining shareholders eligible for the proposed allotment of 79,55,966 fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares.
As per the company’s filing with BSE Limited, the Bonus Issue is subject to requisite regulatory approvals, including in-principle approval from BSE. The deemed date of allotment is September 7, with the Bonus Shares proposed to be available for trading from September 8, subject to applicable approvals and SEBI compliance.
The announcement follows the company’s 34th Annual General Meeting, held on August 21 in Mohali under the chairmanship of Major Harjinder Singh Jonjua (Retd.), Chairman-cum-Managing Director. Advocate Abhishek Gupta served as Scrutinizer.
Members considered 14 agenda items, including approval of the Bonus Issue, adoption of FY 2025-26 financial statements, appointment of statutory auditors, reappointment of Harmanpreet Singh Jonjua as director and related-party transactions.
The AGM also considered a proposal for acquiring innovative eco-friendly technology for VTOL/STOL helipads and airstrips, along with an amendment to the company’s Object Clause.
The company said voting results would be declared separately after analysis of physical and e-voting results. The latest developments highlight Jonjua Overseas’ ongoing corporate expansion and focus on emerging, eco-friendly aviation infrastructure technologies.
