Mohali
Talented students of Gian Jyoti Global School, Phase 2, Mohali, have brought laurels to the institution by delivering outstanding performances in various sports competitions. Their dedication, discipline and consistent hard work added another achievement to the school’s sporting record.
The students secured several top positions across different sporting events. Anant clinched first position in Air Pistol Shooting in the Under-14 category, while Precious also secured first position in Air Pistol Shooting in the Under-12 category.
Smriti Rana won first, second and third positions in Athletics in Javelin Throw and Triathlon-C across the Under-14 and Under-17 categories. Sanskriti secured third position in Yoga in the Under-12 and Under-14 categories, while Sehajdeep Kaur bagged third position in Yoga in the Under-12, Under-14 and Under-15 categories.
In other events, Ishika secured third position in Lawn Tennis in the Under-17 category, while Anshika Adhikari won third position in Taekwondo in the Under-14 category.
Principal Gian Jyot congratulated the students on their remarkable achievements and said their success reflected their hard work, determination and passion for sports. She expressed pride in seeing the young athletes perform with confidence and bring honour to the school.
