Chandigarh: The 25th Realty Excellence Awards Celebration organised by CREDAI Punjab was held with great enthusiasm at the JW Marriott Chandigarh, bringing together leading figures from the real estate sector across the country.
The prestigious event witnessed participation from nearly 150 developers from Punjab and about 70 developers from other parts of India, making it one of the region’s most significant gatherings of real estate professionals. The awards ceremony served as a platform to recognise excellence and innovation in the real estate industry while encouraging collaboration among developers and industry stakeholders.
Speaking on the occasion, Jagjit Singh Majha, President of CREDAI Punjab, said the event celebrated the achievements of the real estate community and honoured developers who are contributing to the transformation of urban landscapes through quality construction, innovation, and commitment to sustainable growth.
The event was attended by several members of the national leadership of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), including Boman R. Irani, Chairman; Shekhar G. Patel, President; Rohit Raj Modi, Vice President; and Gaurav Gupta, Secretary.
Several prominent dignitaries also graced the occasion, including Hardeep Singh Mundian, Cabinet Minister in the Government of Punjab; Kultar Singh Sandhwan, Speaker of the Punjab Legislative Assembly; Kulwant Singh, MLA from Mohali; Aman Arora, President of Aam Aadmi Party Punjab and Cabinet Minister; Rakesh Goyal, Chairman of the Punjab Real Estate Regulatory Authority; and Vikas Garg, Chief Secretary of Punjab.
The awards recognised outstanding projects and developers for their contributions to the growth and development of the real estate sector. Industry leaders highlighted the importance of innovation, transparency, and responsible development in shaping modern urban infrastructure.
The event concluded with networking sessions and discussions among developers and policymakers, focusing on future opportunities and challenges in the real estate sector.
