27th & 28th Buses Flagged Off for Amritsar Under CM Tirth Yatra Scheme

Under the Chief Minister’s Tirth Yatra Scheme, MLA Kuljit Singh Randhawa flagged off the 27th and 28th buses carrying pilgrims from Mubarikpur and Sanauli to Amritsar.
The buses are part of a three-day pilgrimage covering major religious and historical sites including Sri Darbar Sahib, Durgiana Temple, Valmiki Tirath Sthal, Jallianwala Bagh, and the Wagah Border.
Officials said that all travel and accommodation arrangements are being provided by the Punjab Government, ensuring that devotees do not bear any expenses.
Speaking on the occasion, Randhawa said the state government is committed to facilitating convenient and respectful visits to major religious places for senior citizens and devotees under the scheme. He added that a large number of people are benefiting from the initiative.
A festive atmosphere was witnessed among the pilgrims at the time of departure, with devotees expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann and MLA Randhawa for the opportunity to undertake the pilgrimage.
Randhawa also extended his best wishes to the pilgrims for a safe and comfortable journey.
