Kulwant Singh Flags Off 35th, 36th Teerth Yatra Buses from

Kulwant Singh flagged off the 35th and 36th buses under the Punjab Government’s Chief Minister Teerth Yatra Scheme for Sri Amritsar Sahib.
The buses carrying devotees from Ballomajra and Jujhar Nagar villages in the Mohali Assembly constituency were ceremonially flagged off for the pilgrimage.
Speaking on the occasion, Kulwant Singh thanked Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann for launching the scheme, stating that it has generated immense enthusiasm among senior citizens across the state.
He said the devotees would visit major religious and historical sites, including Sri Harmandir Sahib, Durgiana Temple, Valmiki Ram Tirath Temple, Jallianwala Bagh and Wagah Border.
Ballomajra Sarpanch Gurjinder Singh and Jujhar Nagar Sarpanch Iqbal Singh thanked the MLA and said there has been overwhelming response from villagers for the pilgrimage scheme, with large numbers of people registering for the yatra.
Several local leaders and residents, including constituency coordinator Phoolraj Singh, RP Sharma, Baba Kashmira Singh and Malkit Raipur, were also present during the flag-off ceremony.
