The sixth day of the 15-day teacher training programme organised by Vidya Bharati Punjab concluded in an enthusiastic and disciplined environment at Jitendra Veer Sarvahitkari Vidya Mandir, Sector-71, Mohali.
As part of the programme, participants visited a historic Gurudwara Sahib, where they paid tribute to the sacrifice of the Sahibzadas. The visit helped reinforce values of service, devotion, and patriotism, with speakers highlighting that the sacrifice of the Sahibzadas remains an enduring source of inspiration for future generations.
In the intellectual session, Dr. Akhileshwar Singh Arora, Provincial Office Head of Vidya Bharati Punjab, delivered a lecture on “Time Management,” stressing the importance of effective use of time, prioritisation of tasks, and its role in a teacher’s professional and personal development. He said that proper time management is the foundation of success, efficiency, and personality growth.
In another session, Narendra Sharma, Provincial Publication Coordinator, conducted a practical training on “Management Skills,” focusing on coordination, responsibility, and systematic organisation for institutional success. Through practical examples and activities, he guided participants on enhancing leadership and organisational abilities.
The training programme continues to play an important role in shaping teachers’ personality, leadership qualities, organisational skills, and value-based education approach.
